What we collect

Application details you give us (name, contact details, states and areas you work, experience, availability, business details for companies), records of the work you submit, statements and payments, and the consents you give, with their date and time. We do not collect Social Security numbers, tax IDs or bank details through this website; tax information is collected by our tax filing provider.

How we use it

To review applications, onboard approved agents and partners, run campaigns, pay you, deliver your tax forms, keep required business records, and — only if you opt in — send you updates about new opportunities.

Sharing

We share information with the providers whose campaigns you work on (only what that campaign requires) and with service providers that help us operate (hosting, email, tax filing), under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can withdraw optional marketing consent and electronic tax-form consent at any time, and request access to or correction of your information by emailing jgonzalez@jgmconsultinggroup.com. Some records must be kept for tax and legal reasons.
